Delete your account

You can delete your NURI account and everything attached to it. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to give a reason.
Send an email to

with the subject “Delete my NURI account”.
Send it from the email address you signed in with — that is how we confirm the account is yours. We do not ask for your password.

What gets deleted
- Your account and email address
- Every chart you saved — your own and any people you added (birth date, time, birthplace, sex, and the labels you gave them)
- Every question you asked and every answer you received
- Your coin balance and the record of how coins were spent
- Your notification token, time zone and language setting
This is permanent. Unused coins are not refunded and cannot be restored.
What we keep, and why
- Purchase records — the store transaction ID, product, price and date. Tax and accounting law requires us to keep proof of sales for 5 years from the date of purchase. These records are detached from your account, are not used for anything else, and are deleted when that period ends.
- A one-way hash of your sign-in email — for 72 hours, and nothing else. This stops the same account being deleted and made again over and over to collect the free starting coins. It cannot be turned back into your email, it is not used for anything else, and after 72 hours it is deleted too. You can sign up again after that.
Nothing else is kept.
Delete only some data, and keep your account
You do not have to delete everything. You have two ways to remove part of your data:
- In the app — open the ☰ menu and tap the ✕ next to a saved person. That person’s birth date, time, birthplace and sex are deleted immediately.
- By email — write to tkbstudiollc@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, and say which of these you want removed: saved charts, question history, or your notification token. Your account, your email address and your coin balance stay as they are.
How long it takes
Deleting a saved chart in the app happens at once. For emailed requests — whole account or partial — we reply within 7 days and finish the deletion within 30 days. Purchase records are the one exception: we keep those for 5 years from the date of purchase because tax law requires it, then they are deleted too.
